Now that I have passed 80 years old I shall beg your indulgence as I express some opinions! I have some soapboxes that I often mount – some would say “several!”

• Why is so much “Christian Karaoke’ passed off on us under the guise of ‘worship?’

• Why is the congregational singing so pathetic each week?

• Why is there so little anointing in our pulpits?
